Stewart
Gillis received his formal legal education from Osgoode Hall, Toronto
(LLB, 1975; Called to the Ontario Bar 1977) and initially practiced
law as a personal injury insurance defence counsel in Toronto. His work
centred on major personal injury files and medical and hospital malpractice
matters. Since 1986 he has practiced in Peel Region at Brampton, Ontario with an emphasis on serious personal injury litigation and wrongful death on behalf of victims of negligence in motor vehicle accidents. Mr. Gillis’ experience extends to personal injury arising from faulty consumer goods, elevators, amusement rides and devices, unsafe watercraft and other negligence and products liability matters. Mr. Gillis has served as a director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and has lectured extensively on topics ranging from motor vehicle litigation and insurance matters to “bad faith” claims against insurers in connection with long-term disability benefits and statutory accident benefits. Stewart Gillis is a well known and respected civil lawyer. He has been an instructor for the Law Society of Upper Canada teaching students-at-law at the Toronto Bar Admission Course, Osgoode Hall, Toronto. He is a Deputy Judge of the Superior Court of Ontario. Mr. Gillis is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. |

| Richard
Zago graduated from the faculty of law, University of Windsor in 1984.
Richard makes his home in Brampton and practices in the area of personal
injury law. His cases concern those injured from motor vehicle accidents,
slip and fall, and related personal injury litigation. Additionally,
Richard handles disputes regarding long-term disability benefits and
entitlements. |

| Michael
S. Brown was educated at the University of Windsor Law School, receiving
his Law Degree in 1976. He was called to the Bar in 1978 and received
extensive personal injury training in the course of his Articles. Mr. Brown has practiced in personal injury law for both Plaintiffs (claimants) and as counsel for insurance companies in his career and has devoted himself exclusively in the last fifteen years to the representation of victims in their recovery of tort (negligence) claims. He appears frequently in personal injury trials at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice level and also appears as counsel before administrative tribunals, the Ontario Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal. He has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution methods, including formal mediation and settlement of our clients' claims. He is a well-known and respected trial lawyer in the Greater Toronto area with particular emphasis in the Regional Municipality of York and its Central East Region Court House at Newmarket, Ontario. |

is the founder and President of Del Rio & Associates Inc, a company

an insurance company. Mr. Del Rio has extensive experience with the
